Cancellation & Refund Policy

TECHSPEC RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been processed or communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• TECHSPEC RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for toys that have been delivered. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. Our team does a thorough inspection while of the toys at the time of delivery. In exceptional cases, Toyshare will review from case to case.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once verified the same at our end. The replacement will be done in the next 24 hrs to 48 hrs. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 Days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

 

• Post the end of subscription, once the toys are returned, Techspec retail private limited will process refund in 3 days from the receipt of the toys and as per the rules of respective subscription. Refund will be processed only upon verification of physical condition of the toys. If any toys is broken and not as per original condition of delivery, the value of the retail price of the toy will be deducted from the subscription and the balance amount will be processed for refund.

• Kindly note that Toyshare or Techspec retail pvt ltd is not reselling the toys. But rather allowing users to subscribe toys for a specific period and return at the end of the subscription period.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the TECHSPEC RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
