The period of Subscription starts ends as mentioned in each plan. Extension is not available. The entire set of toys needs to be returned and a new subscription to be bought. TOYSHARE wants more and more kids to explore with the range of toys.

Refund is subject to the physical condition of toys. Toys will be delivered in person and the delivery man will leave your premise only after customer's verification and satisfaction. Same process will be done at the time of return pickup. On successful validation, amount will be refunded to the customers account in 48 hours.

TOYSHARE is a startup and we are on pilot stage. We are exploring our passion to reach as many kids as possible. Currently we deliver only in the radius of 15kms of Bangalore Central. Our service area is limited to select pin codes. Kindly reach out to our support line for more details.

Our subscription starts from Rs 3,000. A range of subscriptions are designed to enable you to explore wide range of toys or play with them for a desired period.

We have a standard and fixed policy of 70% amount refund on any subscription plan. Kindly note that the amount of full price will be deducted in final refund if any damage to toys. The damaged toy will be left with the customer.

ToyShare is an initiative to spread the joy of learning to as many kids as possible. Children are known to experiment and in the process wear and tear and breakage is acceptable. We will do our due diligence to avoid delivering damaged toys. But some may have scratches, chip off and scrap of paint. After all, kids are kids.
